I ABSOLUTELY did not want Jack Harrison back in a Leeds shirt but once he entered that pitch at the Aviva wearing our badge I supported him the same as every other member of the team.

I appreciate people spend a lot of money and travel an inordinate amount of miles following our team, but there’s a binary choice you can either support our lads or walk away, because at this level nobody can hear you scream!

As an aside, didn’t hear from Woody after Dublin, hope all is ok Woodster, as supporters like Woody are points in the bag every season!

Absolutely. We need to support players without a doubt.

Sorry don't agree with that one . Harrison can go - had a chance to come back last year and stayed away, has absolutely no pride in the badge . Unlike BA who came back, took his medicine and played for the badge all last year .

Harrison being away, like all those with a release clause ironically has helped a lot with our PSR calculations, that now affords us the room to invest. Folks (who actually know zero details) , those contracts, though (ignorantly) derided, were written that way, to help to protect the club in the event of relegation.

I doubt Harrison really had an opportunity “to come back, ” otherwise Leeds would have insisted he did. Leeds were content with the arrangement, having a huge proportion of his salary paid (if not all of it) .

Players, e. g. like Wober did “come back, ” but the same fans, deriding players because they’re not kissing the badge every 10 minutes are still not happy! “…. he’s only back because nobody wants him…”

Every 5 minutes, “fans, ” screaming things like, “…. can’t believe we haven’t moved the deadwood on…., ” or “…. get Bamford’s off the payroll…” and yet, when the club does it, or puts in processes in place to do it (e. g. loans) , fans then complain about the “lack of loyalty. ”

Harrison did what the club anticipated / desired / needed / he was allowed to do. Harrison, is back, because it’s what the club desired / needed / he was allowed to do. Simple as. If fans expect a player to show loyalty, integrity, do anything for the club, walk on burning coals for the club, then, in my view it’s the least we can demand of the fans.

Harrison is wearing the shirt of our club, support him.

I have always said, loyalty in football is only about money,

I feel Harrison's issue with fans is, he genuinely believes he's a whole lot better than he actually is Ani, same comment really levelled at him by 1 of Ed's here

I certainly don't believe Jack went to Everton to " help " Leeds

He went because, again he believed he was too good for Champo

But as we all know, Jack ain't all that and hopefully we get shot of him .

{Ed025's Note - having watched Jack for the past couple of years i will say this about him...he works his socks off...but hes just not a good footballer im afraid..

I 100% agree Ed; he's hardworking, can be really good, very infrequently, but more often than not, pretty ordinary. He's no doubt maximised his opportunity and "done well. " He really hasn't improved as a player for 4-5 years. When he first came on the scene at Leeds, I thought his work ethic at least would mean he would go on to better things, possible an England cap or two [and why in my opinion, he wanted to stay in the EPL if he could] but in truth, he hasn't. He's a nice lad however and he shouldn't be derided for doing exactly what everyone else would do, given 1% of the same opportunity.

{Ed025's Note - yeah Ani he seems a really likeable young man, had a bit of hard luck at Everton being played on the right when his best position is on the left but we had a plethora of left wingers mate, his biggest problem for me was his lack of end product though, his crossing was awful and his shooting even worse, but i do wish him and Leeds well...except for Monday of course.. :)

A winger who can't cross or score,
Says it all really

Good job though Jack "helped "Leeds out off field, because he sure as Daniel hasn't s me it on field ?.
