You can only play the cards you are dealt and TC has been given a poor hand. Of the players brought in during the summer only Saiz has proved his worth. Alioski spends most of the time sat on his arse asking for free kicks. Grot and Ekubayne will never make it in England at any level.
Wiedwall has been appalling all season including when he had a run of clean sheets his positioning was questionable to say the least. Lonnerghan why did we buy him back when we had Green? I feel Anita should be given more time but Lassogga apart from against Burton! has been woefull in attack and invisible in defense.
I fear we will lose Pontus, Saiz, Beradi and Ayling in the summer. Pennington will be elsewhere next season. Back to square one with Orta dealing the cards. I have been supporting Leeds since 1965 and am a season ticket holder but I need a huge incentive to spend over £400 to put myself through this misery again.

It’s total bollox. It doesn’t take account of many times when VAR got things wrong, which - like Struijk’s red card which ruled him out for 3 matches when we were already light in defense. It also can’t take account of the changed behaviour of pitch officials, who have sometimes copped out on decisions, in the belief VAR would bail them out - which it frequently didn’t etc etc - how many stonewall penalties were we denied.

Interesting take by Eddie Gray on Bielsa on talksport this morning, can be found on YouTube. Says it was Bielsa who didn't want to sign new players, not the board. If things weren't going well Bielsa didn't communicate with the players.

Saw that Bob although I don’t think Eddie said if things were not going well Bielsa didn’t communicate with players. He basically said he thought MB might be a shy character and never really communicated with the boys full stop.
God only knows if this part of his character played any part in our demise this season when we were in stuck?

I also listened to the interview but It wasn’t a surprise, Bielsa was not the type of coach to be putting an arm around a player to help him when his confidence is low. Bielsa was like a professor, the tactician who dealt with what was happening on the pitch.
As for him not wanting players, he wanted only if they were better than what we had, we had this debate several times before. Radz owns the club, it’s his business if you like, he should have told Bielsa I’m buying this player and that player, work with them.
Recently, I think the players needed someone like Marsch, it was very evident the players were bereft of confidence and I guess he helped them enough to keep us up.

Seem to recall neither you nor Baz were the first on here to point to Bielsa being in large part responsible for the paucity of movement in the transfer market, or indeed any of the other issues referred to by Eddie Gray. To be honest, I don’t think many on here could really care less who was the first or loudest to say anything about the season just gone - as who said what and when on here is of little to no relevance to what actually matters, which is that we survived in the Prem, and that those at the Club whose words and actions actually matter learn from the mistakes made, ensure they are not repeated and that we are in the best possible shape to challenge next season.

Hope i'm wrong, but if he goes he may have to isolate because Brazil is a c.v. red country. if he stays Brazil impose a sanction which does not allow him to play against Liverpool. Same goes for the Liverpool lads as well of course.
