Still a bit giddy from last night, and therefore, I’m going to say it….
Is Patrick Bamford our most potent force leading the line just now?
Criminal that he didn’t get the goal from the move he started and finished!
Yes, there’s the history, the injuries, but aside with a side before self viewpoint don’t we look so much stronger with him leading the line, now, this season the remaining games, you know he could just be the difference?
Bit worried about Aus he’s been worryingly quiet of late, hope all ok down under Aus?
But I know you love a good PB debate.

One swallow doesn't make a summer Class
But yes PB looked good yesterday. and a boost to our limited forward options.

Thought Bam Bam was the coolest head on the pitch in the last 10 minutes. Held the ball, made the runs and drew the fouls to run the clock down.
Really hope for him (and us) , he has a strong finish to the season and contributes to success.

My answer to that is mingled in somewhere in another thread, Class, so I won’t repeat myself! ???.

A fit Bamford is a weapon, even if he doesn’t score goals, he offers so much more on the pitch and to his teammates.
He’ll definitely be a big asset if he avoids injury, fingers crossed.

Problem is OP, it's a massive 'if' with Patrick.
Such a shame because as you say, he offers so much to those around him.
Just one of those players whose career has been blighted by injury: (.

Absolutely Cleggy. It’s a real shame for such a smashing guy to have suffered as much as he has through so many lay offs. What could have been for the guy, no one knows.
