I think it’s quite obvious now that Leeds are more than just interested in signing the young American, Aaronson. The problem is that they will have to pay far more than the market value for him due to them not really needing to sell yet and knowing that Leeds are desperate for a midfielder and especially a creative attacking one.
Considering KP is out for a good while and Forshaw now with injury issues for us to have a decent finish to the season I think a deal will be done, but as I said they are going to have to pay up big time, I don’t think 25Mil will be enough for him.

and instead a weaker squad with the outgoings of talents in considerable potential talents Summerville and Drameh that should be used in the LUFC 1st team squad ( and that means playing time not bench warming)

Is this Aaronson even that good OP that he would ensure ' a decent finish to the season ' We need a goalscoring striker even more so.

its much ado about nothing in any case as Salzburg do not want or need to sell, I am not sure even £30 million would persuade them which Lufc wouldn't offer / afford anyway.

Baz, money ultimately talks, if the offer is big enough, they’ll sell. I do imagine that VO will be trying to construct a a stage payment purchase with perhaps other incentives.
But it’s not only to satisfy Salzburg, I hear that Aaronson’s agent Wasserman, who is the same agent as Harrison, will be wanting a very fat salary for his client.
As I said, big payout if they want their man and he won’t be any cheaper in the summer. It’s now or never.
I can’t imagine that him being in the US on international duty will be a problem, awkward yes.
