Pulis has apparently this morning in his press conference advised "We will be moving players on. Kebe is on his way to Leeds as we speak."
It is understood to be a loan until summer.

Cardiff to allow Nicky Maynard out on loan. Could he do a job for us?

WibseyWhite

1.) Yes he could. he is a top championship player anyway, nowhere near a premiership star. my only doubt is he hasn't really cut it at west Ham and Cardiff in Championship either so I would go for someone better.

2.) I agree in that I've seen him play and he is a good player along the lines of a Wallcott. Sad that he hasn't been provided with to many pportunities in recent 2 years and made his mark. He needs a loan to prove his ability not only to the likes of the loan club but also his host club. Most managers want a big target man with strength and Maynard doesn't have that but he can be quick on the ball and has good shot power

3.) I can't believe a quality striker like him is sitting on a bench or in reserves for so long as he has, would love him at Leeds and Becchio back, bit worried he seems happy with his situation though, shows no ambition or fight, but him ross and becchio what an attacking three that would be.

According to Stand and Area section on website tickets are selling exceptionally well for tomorrow.
Looks like another 30,000 plus depending on how many Barnsley bring.

It is going to be a White Christmas after all, thanks to Irving Berlin in 1942.

1.) Just noticed that "table-topping" QPR managed over 17,000 for their top of the table game against Leicester . looks like over 30,000 at ER for the visit of BOTTOM of the league . roll on the financial fair play thingy, we'll see how QPR get on then :)

Slovenian keeper, Curanovic, apparently on trial with Leeds is claiming he may be about to join due to another keeper breaking his arm.

tv

WibseyWhite

1.) Rejected by portsmouth!

2.) Which keeper broke his arm? Kenny and Cairns have both been playing and Ashdown has a problem with his toe so who s he talking about?

3.) He is just trying to make a name for himself, he did the same when training with Portsmouth, BMc won't be signing him

4.) He wasn't rejected by Portsmouth, he rejected them!

5.) He was talking about when he was going to join Boro, it was their keeper who broke his arm. Another wrong news report

6.) Watched him in a few games and i'd have him over ashdown everytime, great gk he is and him and kenny would b great

Leeds announce new partnership with .

In addition are also sponsoring the West Stand. Perhaps this is where the £1M has come from?

Either way a big coup for Leeds being the first club to have a direct relationship with them. Its
fantastic to have some more positive new involving the club.

New Kit now on OS. Strange how there are no images of Ross McCormack wearing the new kit. Perhaps I am putting 2 and 2 together and making 5 but you would think that our best player would be utilised in promoting the kit.

On the plus it is fantastic to see an almost all white kit again.

WibseyWhite

1.) Not sure about the camo goalkeeper tho!

Leeds Utd and Bradford City supporters team up to raise money for popular Leeds club stalwart.

The article is in todays Bradford T&A. I am hoping the wider Leeds Utd community could assist.

Carol underwent surgery on a brain tumour in November and it is the aim to raise £15,000 to contribute towards the cost of her private operation and post-operative care. The fundraising total so far stands at £5, 392

1.) All the best to Carol and hope she is well again soon.

Our fans never cease to amaze me. Looks as though we will be taking nearly 7000 to Blackburn. Absolutely amazing.

WibseyWhite

1.) It's always been like that. The thing that used to amaze me was where they came from. All over the country and beyond.

2.) And Degsy will be one of em MOT!

3.) Loved coming over from Dublin as a lad with many other mad LUFC fans

Elland Road was the highlight of my teenage years.

When asked who do I support, till this day I reply

"I'm leeds till I Die "

Its all well and good the Chairman and the Manager asking the fans to turn out on mass for the QPR game. But when will the board learn that when a game is televised and particularly at 12.15 on a Saturday lunchtime fans will not travel and pay the prices charged by the club.

Any televised game should be classed as a Category C game to keep ticket prices to a minimum. The club are already benefitting from Sky money for the televised game so surely they should sell tickets as cheaply as possibly (Cat C prices), fill the ground and then reap the benefit from having 37,000 fans buying merchandise etc.

WibseyWhite

1.) Spot on mate. No reason for a televised game to be top dollar unless there's a large demand for seats.

Wages will not be a stumbling block. Chairman has recently said that wages will not be an issue for short term loans.

To first reply - I thing OP is suggesting this has been the worst kept secret in football, not that Mills himself is a shocking player.

I agree the ticket prices at Leeds are ridiculous, so much so that I emailed the club yesterday. However we are charging our own fans £34 for the West Stand so why shouldn't we charge Burnley the same?

Not very well looking at the OS. Loads of room left in east and South lower. If QPR don't bring many I would imagine attendance may be approx. 25,000.

OP here. I will of course be at Elland Road on Saturday. I accept that the board have done many things to assist the fans recently including lowering ticket season ticket prices however In my humble opinion I do believe that televised games should be no more than a Cat B.

I believe capacity is approx. 37, 900.

General tickets were sold out apart from away end. There were some gaps in the hospitality areas in West and East Upper stands.
