Adam Pope reporting Gary Mac is one of the coaches Cellino is meeting tomorrow. i'd happily have him back. We played some great football under him. Granted our defence was awful at times but he was looking to sign defenders just before he was sacked. Also brought us Snoddy and Becchio whilst giving Howson and Delph a step up to the first time. Maybe he would suit the job with a sporting director working with him.
1.) Of course I would like to see a major signing for coach but I would also be happy with Gary Mc he knows what LUFC is all about think with some decent signings he could do well.
But no matter who it is I will give 100% support for the guy. No point bitchin and moaning it is what it is and bitchin won't change it.

Blackpool are one team who are just as bad as us on the field. We should be able to beat them. I wish I could say what lineup i'd put out but I really don't know. Not Noel Hunt anyway. Wish we had Peltier to cover Byram.

Results elsewhere were good tonight.
We can still do this! Playoffs are reachable. We have 2 games in hand on 6th place M'boro. Oh how I wish we had beat them and Wolves. I think we can make playoffs, maybe I'm dreaming and thinking with my Leeds filled heart but one of two things needs to happen, and I'd love GFH or Neil to see this post.
To GFH, get rid of Warnock and get someone in who can manage and use the whole squad and can play football
If Warnock is staying til the end of the season then Neil, use the fxxking players properly
Give Ryan Hall a chance to run at defenders, watch his assist for Becchios header at Huddersfield, what a cross. Imagine him firing that in and Steve Morison getting his first Leeds goal from it. Imagine Morison knocking it down to Ross to drill one low in bottom corner. Imagine Habibou coming on with 30mins left of the match and snatching a winner for us. Imagine young Dawson getting a run out and laying on an assist for Diouf to take us into the playoffs. Sam Byram has been a revelation just as many youngsters have in the past, give Dawson a chance, recall Poleon give him a chance. Actually instead of imagining everything I've just typing, just do it. Get your 8th promotion and retire happy. If you can't do this then retire now, walk away and let someone else do what needs to be done and let us get back to where we belong in the premiership. I wish we had some of the siege mentality of the minus 15 points days in the team right now. We are Leeds and we can fxxking well do this

1.) We may sneak a win tonight but it's our abysmal away form that will mean we cannot get into the top six, Brighton and Blackburn will be ahead of us. Boro will drop out for one of these two. With our away form do you think we would actually do anything if we got into the playoff? Time or realism and to start building for next season now!

He resigned ages ago!
Good shout Mark. I think he would be a great signing. Pace and power going forward. Leicester played 442 very effectively this season with him out wide.

I really hope not. Zigic 33 Toni 36. I really hope we have left the stage of signing over the hill players in their thirties. Toni turns 37 in a few weeks so he will be 38 when next season ends. Fair enough he's still banging them in in Serie A now but the Championship is much faster paced. i'd also rather have bif Matt Smith as a target man up front that Zigic. Why sign an older target man like Zigic when we have Smith who has proved to us he can score. We don't need to replace him. We need pacey tricky wingers who can cross and pacey strong strikers who can beat defenders one on one.

Swann hasn't signed for us so he won't have a squad number. He is only on trial and mainly been playing development squad games.

He's always talked about developing youth. All he is saying is leaving TA and building a new facility closer to ER. This makes sense. Why pay nearly 4 million to buy TA when he can build something closer to ER for a lot less.
