Think this is an old (ish) rumour that the media is rehashing. Looking at the players we are linked with its someone who can play LB/ CB and a winger/ cam. Florentino Louis is a DM, at €40m euros we have Kalvin, Struik and Koch that can all play there. Great prospect but with £50m - £60m worth of offers supposedly in the works it's more than we will spend for a player we don't need right now imo.

Doesnt mean anything I guess but no Draxler in PSG squad tonight.

Draxlers attitude to his current situation reminds me of Bale a little, not going to start but not forcing a move away. Suggests he is more bothered about his pay packet than playing matches, not an attitude that will fly under Bielsa. I think we will push De Paul or look at someone new if that's gone cold.

Wouldn't surprise me Ed. If a team like Leipzig with European football and greater financial strength come in for a player it's hard to see us being able to compete.

Fits the profile of the type of player we are chasing so makes sense. More realistic than Draxler and cheaper than De Paul. Wonder if this is the new plan B after Draxler seemed disinterested.
