I notice that CDK has played 11 times for AC Milan since he snubbed us and decided to sign for the Italian giants for £30 million and has not scored yet.
He scored 18 times for FC Bruges last season playing just behind the main striker as he is for his new club so he clearly isn't finding it as easy at a higher level and I would wager that our failed pursuit
of CDK will turn out to be a blessing and in Gnonto we have captured the bargain of the season.

CDK is still a cracking young player, but seems he's taking time to adjust. Gnonto definitely a bargain buy. Hoping he can make an impact this season.

CDK has now apparently started 5 of 8 league games, and 2 of three CL games.

However, as he only joined AC 11 days before the start of their season, and he an his girlfriend are presumably still adjusting to life in a new country and language, as much as he is to different tactics and teammates, it’s perhaps unsurprising that he’s not hit the ground running.

As Dillinger said, he is a cracking young player, and I suspect he may have settled here quicker, given the very relaxed and supportive atmosphere for players within the squad and Club, and of course familiarity with the language for both himself and his girlfriend.
