Can't see anything about Koch going out on loan.
I am very annoyed with these supposed loans out. If they go now. They should be sold. Good riddance. Don't want them here. Ever.

Koch apparently closing in on loan a to Eintracht Frankfurt - if it happens, we should seek as large a loan fee as possible, as they are effectively buying him.

On the other reported loans, it might be best not to give an option to buy if, as understood, the Board intend to everything they can to get us promoted at the first attempt. Chances are we won’t want the likes of Aaronson back, but we are in the Prem the following season we won’t be as exposed to lowball offers to buy, so could perhaps be able to gain a higher transfer fee, particularly if they’ve had a stronger season’s performance than the last. I say only ‘might’ because of course they’ll have one less year on their contracts and could also have a really poor season. Swings and roundabouts basically.

I can understand the consternation about the loan clauses in their contracts - particularly for Koch given it’s the last year of his contract. However, in reality relegation was due to underperformance among the majority of the squad, and for these particular players there was a relatively high probability that loan offers would be the only ones forthcoming other than ridiculously lowball offers to buy - plus the Board wanted to ensure they were removed from our wage bill.

Agreed, the priority must be getting rid of people who don’t want to be at the club and don’t feel they owe us at least one more season to make up for the disaster we’ve just seen that they were part of! If that costs money but leaves us with a group of better more motivated and committed players that stand a better chance of getting straight back up then it is good value! Players I would fight hard to keep if we had any chance, Adams, Harrison, Rodrigo, those I’d keep with a good attitude check would be, Summerville, Gonto and Webber because I’m not sure they finished the year happy bunnies.

Aus - do you not want them playing for us again because you feel they’re not good enough, or because you believe they’re being loaned out because they don’t want to play in the Champ?

The thing is Aus, at least one of the proposed loanees (Rasmus) had said he wanted to stick around and get us back up - it was the Club which decided to loan him out. So it can’t be assumed that all those going on loan actually didn’t want to battle it out for us in the Champ.
