Application to wind up Leeds United dismissed. But club WILL now pay £950,000 loan to Sport Capital (eg David Haigh) by next week. Will this mean even less of a transfer budget or Rosco being sold on? hopefully now though we can concentrate on moving forwards and planning for next season. new season, new future . MOT

Lets stop with the doom and gloom. He will pay sport capital and we will move on think that is 3 or 4 winding up orders he will have paid out. I have not seen him do anything wrong yet give the guy a chance

6.) Case has not been dismissed at all.
7.) The winding-up petition issued to Leeds by Sport Capital has been adjourned but the case remains live and the club have been ordered to pay back £958,000.
BBC Radio Leeds understands they have until 23 June to pay back the money.

Here here Kebabman. let's give the man a chance and the players of next seasons squad whoever they are.
Having listened to the hock speaking on LUTV I haven't got much confidence. He maybe only a coach, but at the end of the day leeds are a team, with fans with high expectations and not some tin pot non league team. Does he have the brains or the balls to make the key decisions during a match day.
I think we will find come the start of the season, Leeds will have a very different looking starting XI. MC has his plans. as hard as it is we just need to be patient. I can't see Rosco staying though!
Could be a great signing, I for one will feel more at ease when a new gaffer is in and the squad is sorted. Leeds are an attractive team with a great history behind them. but players expect paying. so all the off the field issues need sorting out first!
