The Times is reporting they have seen a document detailing £4m of "obligations" due to be paid by LUFC to a "former owner" over next 4 yrs. Was this the problem that made Sport Capital drop their bid?

1.) People just can't get over bates its getting boring now
If there was money owed to him it would have all been sorted at takeover time why would they spend al that money and the club only to have to spend more on payments
If we know anything about bates 4mil would get you a decent shareholding I the club. he would have just hung onto the shares.

2.) But David Haigh is/was part of the GFH team so surely any documents in place as part of the takeover won't be a surprise to him/Sports Capital
