I hate to sound optimistic as it doesn't feel right at the moment but I really think last night was a watershed moment. I have looked across other sites and Twitter and the emotions displayed from resignation to hatred are at a level I have never seen before even during the Bates era and the morning after 7-3, 6-4 and 5-0 home defeats.

Cellino is above all a business man and his business model is not working and he will have to bail out. So here's hoping and keep the faith. Remember a number of years ago Sunderland were rock bottom before Christmas but with the appointment of a charismatic young manager - a certain Mr Keane, achieved promotion. So.

Yes Cellino is a businessman and rationally he ought to decide to cut and run but he keeps on keeping on with erratic decision making, a complete absence of any man management skills and no discernible capacity to learn from past mistakes. Remember the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome .

By the way, you're not suggesting appointing Roy Keane are you? ;)

Definition of insanity is repeating the same thing expecting to get different results. This is not about poor refereeing decisions but the decision of Cellino not to invest in the team and the decisions by Evans to keep picking Wootton and playing players out of position - Doukara as a lone striker- and the decision not to buy a backup goalkeeper. Evans and Cellino both lack class (compare them with Revie, Bremner, Giles, Wilkinson) and their brains are firmly disengaged from their mouths. The FL does not like Leeds, we know that, because they believe we think we are too good for this League. Well, we are exactly where we deserve to be and won't move on until these clowns Cellino and Evans move on. Leeds Fans do not deserve this!

And I hope they take GFH with them.

I've been a Cellino backer since he came but I am starting to move across to the other side.
Basically we are still a lower level championship side just the same as when he arrived.
The reality of our situation is we are not good enough and the only way we will be is to buy better players, which means paying bigger wages. If Cellino can't afford to do this then where are we going? Nowhere (or League 1) .
Does Cellino not realise that we USED to be a big club because we had lots of fans from all over the country. The longer we are out of the Premier League the smaller our fan base will become.
We need to get back there ASAP if we want to keep our big club status.
It's as if Cellino had enough money to buy the club and then realised he'd got no more money left!
You've got to speculate to accumulate!

Dallas played left wing back for Northern Ireland in last friendly and Republic used a left sided midfielder Robbie Brady as Ieft back against Bosnia. Using Dallas in that position is something Evans should consider til Taylor is fully fit. Though is there enough confidence in the centre backs to provide defensive cover?

affron

This may work (who knows) in the short term. But we seem to be back to where we were last season, square pegs in round holes. If Dallas plays left back, a winger playing left back and a cb playing rb. We now have two fit keepers at the club. We are desperate for new additions But Our Owner Won't Sign Anyone because owner is over sensitive to critism.

Have supported Leeds through thick and thin for 44 years - I can still remember the abuse I got at school the day afte getting robbed by B Munich in 1975. I have to say this is the lowest of the low and I hope Evans doesn't get the blame as he is clearly not responsible for the shower that turned up tonight - I refuse to use the word played as they didn't. I despair as there is only one way to go now and that is down. There is no way Cellino will willingly leave so we are destined for League 1 as this team has relegation written all over it. It is sad to see the team of Giles, Gray, Billy, Speed plumb the depths.

Steve Evans - stroke of genius! Seriously he may be what is needed in the short term - till end of the season to get the best out of what we currently have. He seems the type of guy who could get the best out of someone like Erwin when he comes back. And you know what, his substitutions last night made sense and when was the last time we sad that about a Leeds manager.

First time poster.Gary McAllister anyone? Even to add to the management team now so that when Cellino inevitably sacks Rosler there will be a smooth transition as McAllister takes over? Or will that be Paul Hart 's job?

Looks like he is staying on at 'Pool as a club ambassador so won't be coming back any time soon. If we sack Rosler then I'd rather we went for my first choice last time. Hasselbaink got Burton promoted last season and they are topping Lg1 this one, gets the most out of his team and knows Leeds and the fans too, ticks all the boxes for me.

{Ed003's Note - not sure that is correct,all will be revealed soon mind.}
