I think we should offer GM a one year rolling contact, so that we don't have to pay large fee should he not make to PL next time, Give him the investment with the incentive that should he take us to the promised land a 5 year deal will be given.

yes i like it whiteboy1 Monk has done well but we should be able to dictate the terms with the last few months results give him the money and see what happens.
