Regarding Darren bent you're right I'm being negative, no reason to think just because he moved to villa for £18m(rising to £24m)and earns a basic of £65k a week he wouldn't consider dropping down a division to enhance his England chances. If, we're clever none of the other prem teams struggling for goals will notice this master stroke, may be we could get villa to pay all of his wages too and ask them to take Rachubka and connolly of our hands ?

Why not look into the spanish league, michu 2 million, hernandez, they are quality players, surely there are some others that would be itnerested.

Its not just the 6-7 million that will be the problem, its the long contracts and wages that will be, out of all those listed at least 50% of them wont work out. or wont perform, so we would then be stuck paying them for ever and a day!
