You were quite believable till the Thierry Henry bit. If he goes out on loan it will be to a premiership club or top european team not to a championship club

Nahki Wells, albeit I would love to see him at Leeds, is not worth £2.3m IMO!

Thierry Henry, whilst the Twitter rumours are spreading like wild fire, I can not see this happening, even if Red Bull are involved in the new investment.

Tommy Rowe is probably the most plausible rumour you have resurfaced, likelihood is he will want to move up a division, whether or not he would move to us is another thing (being a fan), if we have the extra investment then I can see no reason why B'Mac won't put in a firm bid for him in January.

Peterborough United skipper Tommy Rowe out until new year
Peterborough United captain Tommy Rowe will be out for six weeks after undergoing knee surgery.

The 25-year-old winger had made a return to action in the weekend defeat by Stevenage after three games out.

"Tommy has had an op. He'll be out for six weeks, " boss Darren Ferguson told tv Radio Cambridgeshire.

"We'll miss him now. We tried one or two different things but we have to face up to the fact that he needs an operation to clear up the problem."

Posh are also without defender Craig Alcock and midfielders Joe Newell and Danny Kearns through injury for Saturday's visit of League One leaders Wolves, while striker Britt Assombalonga is suspended.

But centre-half Nat Knight-Percival should be fit.

Hi guys don't know how true this is but a long term friend of mine from a holiday years ago is a big Peterborough supporter and circulating around there end aparantly Tommy Rowe as already agreed to sign for us in January and also Britt Assombolonga could be following in a double deal.Aparantly Adam Drury could be Going the other way has part of the deal.Like I say guys its a rumour circulating other there way so don't know how true this will be but my mate reckons it could have any substance.wondering if they c Drury has Rowes straight replacement.Anybody heard anything on this rumour?it Quite excites me and to be honest seems quite realistic.

Seems unlikely, Drury is 35 and I think Rowe is 24/25? Can't seem them asking for a player 10+ years older to replace him

Rowe is out injured so don't see him joining us until the summer

How many times in our past have we sold a promising midfielder in their 20's and replaced with a mid 30's journeyman?!

Everton have been linked with him multiple times, can't see that happening

As much as we would love him at elland road, he would never come as the likes as Everton and even west ham are interested. Also he is on around 24 grand a week which is well over what the likes of McCormack are on
