Just reading paul Hart's comments about being privileged to be back at ER makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside inside. We're building something special here. It was nice to rad Paul saying how good it was to work with Adam Pearson again.

Forget Wood, Dallas etc, Adam Pearson has been Cellino's best signing by a country mile. Without him, we'd still be Emerdale Leeds, the laughing stock of the FL. Nobody's laughing now and I'm pleased Cellino has learnt from his debacle of a first season. Fair play to him.

Wat ya mean Mick?, I think Emmerdale is just, well great and I often walk past the set hoping to catch a glimpse of my other heroes (well I like the ladies in it anyway).

Agree re AP has made a real difference but also well done MC for swallowing pride and hiring him/tacking a back sit.

DG, I was referring to the goings on at Leeds being like a soap opera, no disrespect to your beloved Emmerdale. I could have said Enders or Corrers, but didn't. Never mind. The ladies aren't too shabby though, you're right.

agreed, think we have made some grea signings on the pitch and kept our youth but behind the scene changes that I think will make the biggest difference over time. have to say not a big emmerdale fan as they largely ignore my actors (apart from one so not as bad as corrie who ignore us totally). also starring in a play alongside an ex corrie and eastenders actors so you should all make the trip to see the show, MM can sort out the coach arrangements

Pointless international breaks, we and pretty much the whole championship could have played today effectively. The premier league should also be in action and it should force clubs to play youngsters instead of internationals. Only Dallas and Botaka have featured for us, we coulda coped without those 2 no disrespect.

All to do with making money for the FAs of various nations. Come on now. How else they going to make money? There's no election or vote rigging opportunity for ages yet.

I agree. International football does have a place. But is there any need to halt lower league games? Surely if we were allowed to continue this would assist with the busy 3 games a week season?

international football wil always have its place but club football should come first now as times have changed (international football should of come firstin past but now money, wages mean club should come before country as it means more to clubs and clubs pay the high wages) simple answer would be to change qualifying so there are fewer internationals in the fixture list. look at half of the teams in the groups they are there to make weight and bulk out fixtures. make the smaller nations qualify to qualify (like in f.a cup) then have the seeded teams with only a couple of the minows who fought for qualification. It would also stop joke countries like san marino being in groups unless they earn their place. the could have their qualifiers end of season while other big nations have freindlys to work out sqaud and system ect. the season would finsih earlier as there would only be four/five groups in qualifing not nine. also make qualifiers more meaningfull rather than average players like rooney becoming englands top scorer as he puts 30 goals past san marino, lictenstine, andora, outer mongoloia and eastbumf@@k

The Brazilian, whilst being probably the most fashionable amongst modern woman's lady garden just doesn't seem to suit Leeds United. Roque Junior and Adryan would never go down as our best South American recruits, probably the worst. I think lately we are more suited to the 80's style Hairy Mary aka Antenucci and Dallas, who seem to be big fan favourites.

Bring back the bush!

Ed Any idea what is happening with the young Irish striker (Mcdaid I think his name is) we have, haven't heard anything about him for a while, not in the under 21 game the other night.

{Ed001's Note - he is just 18 mate, he is not guaranteed a spot in the U21s. He is at that age where it becomes a struggle, he is a bit young for the U21s, but too old for the U18s, so you have to be a special talent to really shine and hold down a regular spot. He will get his chances as the season goes on.}

He has played a couple of times for U21s. Only saw him play once and he looks the part but did not stand out which is what he needs to do to stay there. Think Andy Grays appointment will help him along Stokes and Parkin score regular for team so when he gets in needs to put 110% in.
