Was a scrappy game but a great 3 points and good to win ugly sometimes. I would like a few more of the West Brom performances as that was a nervous last 20 mins.
Hope Bamford is okay and back firing, need him up top and missed him when taken off.
Defense again fantastic and another clean sheet, Kiko made a few good saves and commands his area well. Just scares me a couple of times when rushes out, if that lob had have been better, he was lucky on that one.
Again great game for alioski and ailing much improved, also thought Harrison had a good one, not the best at taking chances though, had a chance at end of first half and scuffed it.
May upset a few but I thought Klich was woeful and not the same early season player.
Will we ever see IZZY?

Agree on kiko, he got lucky there, when we were at Rotherham he scared the life out of me over committing for crosses and long throws he was going to get nowhere near, we struggled once Roberts went to number 9,Biesla recognised it and the subs he then made were to dig in and defend what we had, which I thought was great management, most aggressive I have seen Pontus and cooper all season, both excellent, Phillips was class first half but looked to be struggling 2nd with injury. Harrison getting better and for me was our best outlet till he got subbed. just hope Bamford is ok for Tuesday with Roofe being out. well deserved hard fought 3 points I thought. made the trip worthwhile!

Don’t think Klich was woeful! Been a hardy regular this year and not had the injury breaks of others.
Kiko for me is making more of a difference each game, generally solid, takes risks but quite a lot of them have come off and saved goals.

Agree with the point about subs, fingers crossed, we have got some talent in there as the season counts down. Some able to defend more and others with an attacking threat, there to change the game if needed.

Izzy remains an enigma, not sure in what scenarios Bielsa will trust him to come on? With Roofe and Clarke fit, will a seat in the bench for him be justified?

Great post Spanish, as always! Agree about Klich, always solid if not spectacular! Also think Kiko is now bringing an added confidence to the defense, allowing Pontus and Coops to be more positive in their games! Two clean sheets now to build on and I think keepers like to get a run of them going! Also can’t work out where Izzy is going to get busy 😜 seems we have put a lot of effort into getting him back and now not sure what to do with him? Can’t wait to have Clarke back as an option!

Doesn’t appear Bielsa trusts Izzy in a game that needs saving or holding. So not sure he merits the bench. Or start him against Reading in the 10 with Bamford or Roberts up front or even Hernadez on the bench for a half to rest him. Give Izzie a half to show us what he can do, with a plan Aplus in reserve for half time!

With regards to Kiko, I would rather a keeper be committed and live or die by the positive decisions he makes. BPF is a good keeper but was susceptible to not being confident in those situations which cost us goals.

The thing about Klich is that he always seems to find space, I think that, at times, his teammates don't realise that he's lost all the defenders and is just waiting on a pass.
