Maybe there is something to this Orta guy. U18s into the play offs, u23s doing well after a shaky start. Should we all should bide our time and with hold our judgement of him? 🤔

I'm all for bringing in young talent so long as it doesn't interfere with first team building we've been patient for 15 years and gone from one disastrous owner to another we all pay good money to watch our team and that's where we want success first and for most.

Agree martyn 1st team should be priority but maybe Ortas not up to spotting the finished article and he’s only good with spotting the ones for the future. If that’s the case then leave the first team recruitment to the first team coach?

Thought Radz had made it pretty clear that the 5 year plan is to bring the majority of players through from the youth teams. that's the only way he can afford to do it. Whether that will work I dunno. And what league we will be in by year 5 if the current first team dross is anything to go by is anyone's guess

Future is looking brighter with potential under 18,23’s but they should have spent money in Jan window on fist team, they still had a chance. We were in playoff positions and still had a chance at 2nd if we bought well. When that became a no chance, players have dropped off big time. Rads needed to buy a CB as penn and cooper not good enough, a GK as Felix cost us lots of points. Also should have cancelled lassoga loan and bought a striker that was FIT?
