apparently Leeds United interested in signing GK Tornqvist from current club Mjallby AIF with the release clause set at £1.5m.

Alf, we seem desperate to bag a goalie, what chances are there that we can get one?
The window opens in under a week and it seems many clubs don't want to deal with Leeds. Is this just me reading the room wrong?

Still young, and doing OK this season. Has LT potential but not the calibre of a #1. Not yet anyway. Like Bri said, could be a good investment at that price.

The sheer amount of players we are linked with seems way more than I can remember. Maybe cause everybody knows we have dosh to spend or maybe 49ers are enquiring about these players and gave a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choice for every position. This would be sensible but how long do you wait for number 1? For instance the Greek rb at pool says he is not in a rush to make a decision.

Yeah the asking price lower than previously thought at 'just' £20m so more affordable but he wi probably have 'better' options so can't see it happening in all honesty.
