with PSR restrictions £40m is too high for a GK imo. maybe only for one mega marquee signing but hard to justify when we could get 2 quality players for that.

yeah i'd be looking at spending top 25 on goalkeeper, proven striker 40 and potential gooden 15, attacking midfielder 40, two defenders 20 each and then a few more padders with what we acheive from sales.
