so many are now starting to question Belisa. For me writing has been on the wall since Pontus left and wasn't replaced, for me that showed he wasn't prepared to learn on last seasons mistakes and build on his good work

wondering what has changed for some leeds fans? how much longer do we give him if things stay the same? if he goes who replaces

interestingly I heard Bowyer was giving the leeds fans a massive clap and leeds sulute before and after the game? could he be in line? personally i would go for houton but bowyers work at poor charlton can not be ignored.

Agree1 Disagree0

Jose mourinhio once called Arsene Wenger a specialist in failure, think he should be ready to hand on his title!

Trash.

I tend to agree bw.
I think the next 2-3 games are crucial.
From Bielsa point of view I think he may be sniffing failure and possibly walk and from radz point of view he might be thinking maybe biesla not the man. I did say pre season biesla wouldn’t last to xmas. Nothing has changed my opinion.
And I wouldn’t knock back bowyer tbh. Warrior player. Could be good manager.

17 Oct 2019 18:02:21
Graham souness warrior player shite manager, I go to most home games berm and no one I speak to says they are doubting bielsa so where are the SO MANY you know coming from or do you attend most games now? Most people and I mean 99% love bielsa as they are true Leeds fans who don’t wish their team to be beaten to get a manager sacked.

17 Oct 2019 20:27:40
By “many” I guess you mean “a few” Berm? And “just a few”, rather than “quite a few”, neither of which mean “many”. With you on this one Martyn.
Everyone just anxious for us to go up.

I think Biesla has been absolutely brilliant for Leeds United. Prior to him turning up we played a dour, hopefully type of football. Now, I look forward, every fortnight-ish to watching football as it should be played. Its brilliant stuff. It's almost as good as the stuff the O'Leary babes played at the start of his reign, and he had much better quality players to choose from and an astronomical budget too

I don't berated you, like some on here, for not getting to every possible game. You don't live close. You obviously have other priorities on your time, yet you are a proper supporter
But just empathise with those that pay their hard earned cash and attend Elland Road regularly. We are absolutely loving the football we are watching. We are desperate to watch the next game. For sure we would love to see us win 7-0 every week, but we are watching really good football and nowadays we are watching it in a full house. Allow us this moment in time to enjoy Leeds United again. don't be so quick to discard Biesla.

All you guys seem to want is Premier League football. Cardiff got that with Warnock, and how do their fans now feel about that experiment?

We will get there, eventually. But with a whole club playing to the same rhythm, the same ethos and the same quality. With fans who are proud of the substance of our club.

on here martyn. it went from we all love belisa to many on here and social media asing questions. no need to get personal is there now. you are better than that ain't you?

99% of leeds fans doesn't represent what i am seeing on social media. i don't go to many home games but also didn't realise you knew 100% of leeds fans. where do you get the time?

I thin bowyer is doing a wonderful job as manager and although early in his career is showing promise

as for belisa. i predict doom and faliure. let's see if the 99% are wrong to disagree with the oricle.

18 Oct 2019 10:49:38
as for true leeds fan. go do one. i never wish for leeds to be beaten, i resent any insinutation i ain't a proper leeds fan. just from my point of view i don't think MB is a good manager. great phylosiper of football yes but manager who wins stuff of achieves team objectives. never in a million years.

I look at social media too and I can guarantee you are wrong. 99% of fans are NOT against Biesla, or Radz, or even Bamford

Just by you calling yourself an Oracle, and then typing something doesn't make it true.

Only facts make things true

I think every poster on this site is mature and cognitive enough to know that Biesla is not going to manager Leeds United for ever. So to say MB will have 'doom and failure' is a bit of a lame prediction

What is doom for MB?
What Is failure for MB?

Try to be more precise

I believe I am more of an Oracle than you as i predict that Leeds United will play a game of football against Birmingham this weekend

I believe Biesla will NOT be manager of Leeds United in the year 2030

I believe you will read this post

. ooooh. spooky. i am the Nostradamus of our time. NOT.

Think Bubs has worked wonders with what he has and no denying we have improved greatly under him. But just as the team has needed to adjust to his way of playing he needs to adjust to the rigours of this league. I am not looking for his head but for him to improve as well, show us he understands this division. Comparing our style with Barcelona and City is nonsense as they ply their trade in a different arena all together, with vastly greater resources. I am glad we have Bubs but if he is only a one trick pony he needs better players than what we have.

axe

respect your views and the nature of your post

i think you make a good point about the people paying money to watch being entertained. this is not something i have considered. this is a vaild point however i still feel many would prefer a poor win over a great loss. at the moment we are having too many of the latter. i think nothing feels better than a win and nothing feels better for the city than promotion. you mention the cardiff fans. i know a few who loved the expriement as it was far better than they hoped for or expected. that all i want. leeds to do the best they can

you also misread the posts above. i didn't say 99% are agaisnt Mb, I questioned how Martyn knows 99% are with MB.

from what i have read and seen i would say 5% want MB gone.25% of fans love him and think he is god the other 70% see the good and bad but are starting to question him

doom and faliure for MB is the same thing. not getting us promoted

many laud him taking us from 13th to 3rd. I agree although argue other managers have done better.

now moving on from that him taking us from 3rd to anything other than promotion is a step backwards and faliure and my opinion a sacking offence. well done for getting us 3rd now finish the job or leave.

Between the Bielsa out and Bielsa can do no wrong camps lies the middle ground which 99% of supporters follow. I know coz I asked all of them. Apart from one having his piles done so did not like disturbing him in his time of pain. He is a great manager who plays attractive attacking football but his latin, macho, stubborn streak makes him vulnerable, and open to criticism.

The boring win versus the flamboyant defeat has exercised my mind for many a day and altho there is no definitive answer, today I am leaning towards the boring. Another flamboyant year in the Championship is too much to take. Rather the "one nil to the Arsenal" approach and win trophies and titles galore. Of course all that goes out the window when Qatar Billions come in and we buy who we like, but in the meantime.

For all Bielsa is criticised, he is our manager. For all he makes wrong? decisions, he is our manager and until that changes he has my support (tho I do question him. Often) and all of you here on this forum, wherever you live, however many games you see, does not matter. You all, in your own way, feel for Leeds, live and die for Leeds.

We can all see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are moving the right way (tho not quick enough for some) . We are all revelling in the football offered and, I think you will agree, that with a few tweaks the glory days will return. Today is for enjoying, made sweeter by some of the darker days, not that long ago.

Can totally understand your desire for boring wins. Absolutely no problem with that mentality. And it shows your desire for Leeds

And its brilliant that you can see my point of view about just loving the fact I am looking forward to the next match and all the skills on show

We are totally different, yet we both love Leeds.

18 Oct 2019 16:27:38
lodis and axe great posts and behind them 100%

I am negitive but even i can see the plus side. not that long ago we had bates. then we had the hock

i get frustrated and i expect better from us under MB but it is a hell of a lot better than it has been since grayson (who i loved and his team spirit) and long may that continue.

19 Oct 2019 09:46:58
Berm I said 99% of people I talk to the the whole bloody crowd, social media is just that media, journalism for sheep, say it enough times and I will believe, you have a right to your opinion, yes you dislike Philips and yes you dislike radz and bielsa but be careful what you wish for. And I do remember reading a post by you while I was not posting saying you hoped we got beat so the manager got fired so don’t have a pop at me I didn’t post it, al this anti Philips anti radz anti bielsa trash is getting boring mate try getting behind them 100%.

20 Oct 2019 10:18:49
Bielsa is a god. End of.

Even Jesus couldn’t work any miracles with the rubbish we have in our squad. What Bielsa is doing with a bunch of average players makes water into wine look like a cheap parlour trick.

Love the analogy Alf! 😂😂😂.
