I always predict a win Aus, at least in my own mind I do. To believe you’ve got a chance even though the odds are stacked against you.
It’s why I love football, we’ve all got our opinions on it and yours and mine are not remotely similar, but that’s ok.
It wasn’t our best game I admit I thought we didn’t defend well enough on all their goals.
We hopefully learn from that game and now I’ve already moved my disappointment aside and am already focused on our Forest game.
Talking about sacking our coach every time we lose a game is for me is just a knee jerk nonsensical reaction that some fans have after a defeat. It happens all the time, I even heard some Liverpool fans on the radio this week who wanted Slot sacked already, today they’ve probably changed their mind, it’s the way it is with some fans.
Sacking Farke at this moment in time to me would be beyond ludicrous and I’m pretty sure the 49er’s are not that stupid or naive to even consider that thought right now.
I won’t deny that things could go very pear shaped for us mid season, whether that’s through too many injuries to key players and we start losing all our games even at home and we are getting into serious trouble, then something will have to be done. I don’t see that right now and Farke I feel is in control of the situation.
For me finding a good enough coach who even wants to fight a relegation battle is difficult and he isn’t going to get a pre season with four or five new players either, he’d be lucky if he gets just one in January and we would have to sell one to achieve even that.
We are not going to finish the season mid table or anything like that, our best scenario is probably where we are right now and a point or two above 17th relegation zone.
To think it will end any different this season is to me just unrealistic with the lack of quality in our squad. It is what it is and sacking your coach every five minutes will in our situation rarely change it.
Look, no fan likes to be champions of one league last season and to be relegation fodder of another the next, but that’s the reality of where we are right now, there is a large gulf between the two leagues in wealth and quality, but it is possible to make it with hard work and a never say die mentality, which includes the fans.
The players will need our loyal fans more this season than they did the last, I can promise you that much, that goes for our coach too.
I hope and I don’t believe our own fans won’t stoop as low as some club’s fans do to start singing, "getting sacked in the morning" they are the lowest of the low in my opinion.

Hold my hands up Aus I thought/ hoped/ prayed 2-1
That was such a difficult watch yesterday we never turned up and never tried to play through the lines, and as feared, I’ve had lots of posts from Brighton supporters all stating that was far and away their easiest game of the season.
To play like that will result in relegation in a death of a thousand cuts excruciating way, and somebody, anybody needs to explain to me BA being on the pitch at all, let alone the full 90 mins.
But I wouldn’t sack DF (yet) certainly not until January and only if we have a genuine candidate to take over because I’m not sure Brendan or Ange could prevent relegation, who is available good enough and more importantly willing to come?
Fortunately, we are so much better at home, fortunately we’re still a few points above the bottom three, but DF is not of a level we require, he’s too stubborn and far too predictable in his approach and yesterday confirmed this for me.

We have to sack Farke opti and class. It will happen. Get it done. We are getting worse every game. I knew we would get hammered but that was pathetic. The only enjoyment I got from that game was watching Rutter.
I kid you not.
Dressing rooms gone. Tactics non existent. Manager clueless. If they don’t sack him this week. Owners clueless too.
And we all hope for a win every week opti. We Leeds fans.
