Well pick the bones out of that one! To start, we just didn't. Slow, poor and without purpose. We tried to play against Brighton as we did under Jessie a mid block trying to stop them playing through midfield and it didn't work.
We did have some good possession later in the first half but our quality of passing and crossing and set pieces was shocking.
Do we have this one down to a bad day? Did we expect something else from this game?
I would have liked us to give them a better game? They never were under pressure or looked like a team to lose their lead.
Like the arsenal game it's one to learn from and one to not repeat. But like arsenal we are going to this Season meet teams that will hand us our arses on a football shaped plate.
Perri made a couple of really nice saves.
