I thought the same about late bids. They are not telling the truth. Better they say we tried to invest as much as possible but faced difficulties on some transfers. Simple.

I responded with my view that it was likely in the expectation / anticipation of a sale in January, or to non European markets over the next week or so? Just a guess though.

Yes. I saw your response bright. My immediate thoughts was clutching at straws. Would be a strange mind to think that in the last hour of the transfer window after 2 months we would suddenly get interest in any of our players.

Then nothing. I’m just saying there is no need. Truth or slanted slight truth. But not we are idiots and they can tell us what they like.
At the end of the day they own the club and we are their employees ( or those that spend their hard earned cash are. Not me ) . But they show no respect.
They think they are better and thus far seemed to be proven wrong so have resorted to lying.
