Could be a case of build them big only to smash them down if they don’t achieve such great aspirations.
Personally I’d prefer to be very happily surprised at the end of the season if they over achieve.
Survival in our first season up surely is our directive.
As fans we all like to dream but what I don’t like is the negative outpouring if those dreams aren’t realized in this instant success in the football world that we live in today.

Very good point OP. Considering what we have endured over the last two decades, the Great Crash, the sheer austerity and self indulgence of Papa Smurf, the total car crash that was GFH and the bizarre ownership of the King of Corn, you would think we should be pinching ourselves at where we are now. There of course will be ups and downs, but all through it we were Leeds, we are still Leeds and always will be Leeds but we are in a far far better place so revel in it peeps ????.
