I agree but think it's probably too late. Liked what I've seen of Paixo. Blistering pace and very direct and could probably fill a no 10 role as well as a wide man. Solomon on steroids-although I do like Solomon.

Certainly wouldn’t be averse to Guessand, despite afcon factor, as we have other good wide options. If, as someone suggested previously on here, 49ers would be content to bring in one afcon player if his quality merited it, Guessand would be a top pick for them. He’s rapid, can play across the front line, can hold up the ball and be a real handful for defenders. Watching some of his highlights his slightly ungainly style of play brought to mind a slightly less skillful but taller, faster and stronger Georginio.
