Farke confirms Bamfords time is over and told him the second day after players returned to preseason.
Bamford to keep training with U21s until he gets a move.
Paddy certainly has his critics but I think he’s left his mark on our history (yes and the treatment room) but he’s a fantastic individual and brilliant with giving advice to the youngsters, and personally I’m grateful for his time with us.
Wish him nothing but good luck on his next move and the future.

A proper gent. Good mid to lower EPL level player if he stayed fit. A proper team player too.

He's had an unfortunate run of injuries and he can't be criticised for that or his attitude over that period. Not sure where he'll end up as his wages may be too much of a risk and he might not want a pay as you play deal-unless we can reach an agreement on paying up the final year of his his contract.

For an injury prone player he is on a huge salary, Farke and the Club must want him off the payroll to use the cash elsewhere. Which is understandable, especially for this coming season.
