Better attacking second half
Rama n Piroe looked sharp.
Gudmonsson looks lightening fast up and down the pitch.
Ok performance I thought?

Yes a good workout Cork. We were the better side as you say for the first 25 of the second half and could have taken the lead. Last 15 with the younger players on was a backs to the wall effort, but we kept them out, and a draw was about right. Some encouraging signs.

Agreed Corkey.
To which may I add that Gruev had an understated 8/ 10 performance for me. He was everywhere he was supposed to be, which is a big plus for the season ahead. Bijol had a good 45, minimum of fuss and looks like a fixture already. Gudmunsson and Bernouw both had tidy second halves and great to see the young tyro's getting a run out too.
Left wing was a tale of two halves, with Ramazzani looking to take players on, getting the best opportunity of the game to score and looked very lively. Who was that who started in his position in the first half? A. Nonnymouse I think!
All in all, a good shift, especially as it was first run out of the season, but we looked like a team with a definite plan which hopefully will be honed and polished as the season progresses!
MOT.

Absolutely Ady, A. Nonnymous indeed, but I guess we had to put him in the shop window in the hope someone would nick him.

Excellent performance by the lads. They weren't kicked about or bullied by Man U.
They were sharp, quick, excellent with the passes, the skill on display from Gnonto, Tanaka and Bogle was beautiful.
Ramazani and Piroe were excellent and Man U were lucky to keep it 0-0, thanks of course to wonderful saves by Meslier and Darlow.
If this Leeds team played last season we would have lifted the cup ;)
All things considered, and despite the incoming cope articles by the BBC, we held one of the best teams in the world to a 0-0 draw, despite our team costing a quarter of their starting 11.
8 and above finish is a certainty if we sign a worldy striker. Perhaps we have £60 million to spend on one, now that Joseph will be sold?

Interesting reading one or two comments on YouTube by Man U fans - very honest in their opinion that we look more likely to stay up than they do!

I’m trying to judge Harrison’s showing in as fair a way as possible. He didn’t do a great deal with the ball when he had it, with a badly over-hit cross perhaps being his most notable contribution. However, the rest of the squad appeared (perhaps understandably given what’s gone on with his two loans away etc) very reticent to actually pass him the ball and maybe his largely negative play when he did receive the ball was a (perhaps subconscious) reaction to that - passing back to show he was trying to fit into the team build-up rather than attempting some individual skill to progress play forward.

I thought the same Cluey. It looked like his team mates didn’t want to pass to him. Then after a while I realised he never moved off the touch line. He literally moved up and down the line and offered nothing.

Well gents some really honest opinions there but to be honest Harrison and bamford have worked out a worse deal than Kevin agustin the player we bought but never played for us the same as the other two shocking Harrison for a winger can’t even lift ball off the floor all crosses flat what’s the point of having a winger if he can’t cross ball, and as for today’s game we were pretty awesome I thought as we overrun them in midfield and their manager said they need players a little bit quicker in midfield also gnonto, was awesome him and boggle combing a lot little 1 -2 s and looking really sharp others to come onwards and upwards for us please.
