Agree. We need someone like that to break up attacks. Maybe we offer more on add ons such as staying up to sweeten the deal. we don't lose on that basis.

Have a mate who saw 5/ 6 of his games last year and he reckons that the player is rubbish! He's praying we don't sign Stach.

I haven't seen his games, only clips, but that's often the case with the players we're linked with.
However, his stats look good and the articles about him suggest that he's more at home at Hoffenheim where they play him as an out and out defender, no 6 or 8, rather than the more advanced role he had at Mainz.

Interesting Alf, we certainly bought a few lemons before but as I mentioned don't recall ever seeing him play. Time will tell I guess.
