Lot of chatter about this one. Suggested already made a previous offer and now gone back with increased figure of £10m plus £2m add ons. May not be a starter but an experienced squad player of the right age and good injury record.
{Ed025's Note - if he does come he will be a starter Dunelm, you are not spending £10+ on a player to sit on the bench mate, by the way he is a decent player and he walks into the Leeds side at the moment..

100 per center and premiership experience be a good addition at the right price, regular starter that's another question.

We sign a player from abroad and people are saying it's bad as no premier league experience. We sign a premier league player and everyone complains about that as well.
We are doing some very, very good business and I for one will be very happy if we get Longstaff.

Not saying we will hit the heights that Newcastle are at for a few seasons yet but signing their 5-6 choice midfielder isn’t overly ambitious. Let’s hope he makes me look like a Wally. Our signing thus far have been solid.

Not yet Alf but given little bit of time we will be back everything to look forward to new players improvements on the ground a little stability and we ll be back Newcastle not as big as Leeds in football terms never have been but I do agree, with ausman a little does get me going either are they better than we ve got I would say no got to be able to improve us or freshen us up but if you think they re good our boys now amps tanaka griev they ll al be getting pushed down pecking order but if they don’t improve us what’s the worth buying them, got to have 1 or 2 ballers winger got to be dazzling only way to survive the premiership.

Cmon guys, we are a newly promoted team who’s potentially just about to sign some1 who has over 175 premiership games experience and is still only 27. Think some of you expect the world. 1st things 1st stay in the premier league, then we can start to become more hopeful and ambitious.
