Future son in law is a leicester fan, been declining since they lost their owner in the tragic helicopter crash. with the exception of last years run in champo. still if you don't play by the rules you deserve all you get.

I believe these sanctions are coming from the EFL, I think they’ll be looking to sting them hard, after them making the officialdom in the EPL look stupid with the previous charges.
Thats unless they get away with it again, which maybe possible with these clowns. But if the EFL are successful and let’s hope they are then it might be bye bye cheating Leicester for some time to come.

No OP these are EPL charges.
After they slimed their way out last times the rules were changed so you could be charged even if relegated.
So EFL can separately charge as well. I'm hoping so.

That is correct Canada but charges by the EPL on Leicester will probably have no effect as they are now officially in the EFL and as we know they are two different entities.
This doesn’t now though take away the EPL’s interest in perusing Leicester for financial irregularities, we’ll see what happens.

Seemingly that was the basis of the last ruling OP
I think the EPL appealed that, have now gotten that overturned so Leicester are now being deemed as fair game for sanctions and the EPL are doing zee hunting.
