MoTagain2, DF can only (coach) a Championship Team. We should hope to thank him for getting us promoted but unfortunately your services are no longer needed. Harsh but if we want to stay in the PL for years to come, we have to get a proven PL Manager who can attract quality players. Being sentimental to DF will have us relegated inside 10 games. IMO.

I can see the doom mongers are still alive and well and for seeing only the worst for the football club they love.
There’s no question that the first season if promoted to the premiership will be the hardest.
It’s not about spending big but spending wisely, the recruitment will be paramount.
Getting rid of Farke this summer wouldn’t be harsh it would be just stupid. The only way he would be leaving is if he is offered a better job than Leeds.
Changing a successful team that you have built over two seasons makes zero sense.
According to Baz we won’t be promoted anyhow so he has nothing to contribute to your post.

Agree Whiteman fully and as for near perfect recruitment I truly believe we have signed some excellent players but no challenges to Meslier so someone guaranteed a starting place well let's say it doesn't entice you to try harder, and relying on MJ as a secondary striker crazy we have been fortunate that Piroe has no been injured and finally the headless chicken continues to amaze me that he starts every game.
I expect that I will get slaughtered by certain posters on here but what the hell.

It was a fair question but I personally am preparing myself for our next cup final - Swansea on Saturday. Then the next, then the next.
Have my own thoughts about Farke but too nervous to think any further than the next few matches - we need to discover our form and hold our nerve, and hope that either Sheffield or Burnley lose theirs!

Poor guy can't do anything right, even if he gets us promoted.
With some money behind him and his pick of a squad, I've no doubt he would have a better time in the prem than Leicester, Ipswich or Southampton.

I just want to make one thing clear, I am not and never been anti Farke, there was a point when we failed to get promotion that I questioned his tactics, however to suggest we sack him now is nonsense, if he fails to get us promoted then he will have to go. Likewise if and when we get promoted then to sack him is ridiculous, he has to be given the chance to prove himself, but again if after 20 games and we are rock bottom on zero points (and I am being facicious there) then he will have to be replaced but who knows how he will do as it all depends on who we bring into the squad and how much is made available. As with most promoted teams I fully expect a bit of a struggle and we may well be relegated but changing the manager doesn't always work. Finally we have to look at who would replace DF, look what happened last time we changed managers so many times it was a joke. So until DF fails to deliver I shall back him, but that in no way will stop me criticizing him if I feel the need, if I want to have a moan about certain players I will as I have the right to do so just as we all have the right to defend players if we see fit. So come on DF prove the doubters and I include myself in that wrong take us up and keep us up, it's up to you, it's on your shoulders and good luck as I don't give a rats arse who manages us as long as we are successful.

OB last season blame was certainly on the manager, Farkey.

Well I think he tried with Gnonto with some good effect in our last game. But it appears now that Willy is injured. We don’t have a natural replacement for Aaronson, although he’s played well this season, his form has dipped, maybe that will change?

BA will be this season's, last season Bamford; a good few goals contributed and one that will gain a lot of praise.
I reckon 3-5 goal contributions/ goals to BA before season end.
When he's on form he sets up the set up of the goal. Many times his pass or flick have led to the start of a run which leads to a goal, even if he doesn't get the assist.
That said, I would start Chambers for the first game. Let him make a mark.
