So we have the ball for about 68 mins and manage 13 shots of which 5 are on target, that's a shot on target every 13 minutes or so, just MAYBE someone in the corridors of power will realize we are missing a creator.
Anyone who thinks we would survive in the EPL when we can't even get a result at Blackburn or indeed Millwall need there heads looking at.

It's not just the creator we're missing. It's the play style.
Piroe taps in from close range and he's great at it. However, the rest; arranson, James, Gnonto, Joseph, Largie, Solomon and even Tanaka, Rothwell, crew, Bamford and Geldhardt score from long range strikes.
It's as if Farke is changing the play to suit Piroe, who he persists with even though he is most effective/ efficient as an impact sub.
Farke out. Not because he's bad, not because he has failed, but because he has done what was needed to pick the team back up. He should leave on a high before becoming a manager who failed to get the best champo team promoted, twice.
