Was going to post something about the game yesterday that we won, then I read the posts below and I thought, nah what’s the point when so many are miserable when we’ve won a game with two excellent goals.
Enjoy your Sunday, I certainly am.

I know, right. Tho I’m not surprised at all by it. It’s lousy but predictability reading.

As they say Opti, "3 points is 3 points" and really there is only one main antichrist. Its just that he is voracious in his appetite!

There's a difference between a win, which all fans are happy with, and concerns about how we played.
Against a competent team; Burnley, we were flat and lost.
Against a 10-men bottom of the league team we were flat and won.
If we continue playing flat, the half decent and competent teams will eat us for breakfast.
If we win every game with this flat play style, then brilliant. We haven't won every game so far so the evidence points to this flat play style being a losing one.
It was a win, but not one convincing enough to dismiss the fears and concerns about how we have played and how we are playing. Could that change in the future? Sure, but we can't predict the future, we can only study the past and observe the present.
The negativity over the negativity isn't positivity, it's dismissing concerns.

Excellent post MOT made some really good points throughout, winning breeds confidence and confident sides play good attacking football so hopefully this was an important stepping stone, Cardiff were the poorest Championship team I’ve seen for many a season but Coventry and Blunts will provide a more accurate examination of where we actually are this season.
Thought AO looked very interesting in his 8min cameo completed 25passes out of 25 but was always looking to move us forwards, looks like he could be a fantastic buy for the money.

OP At least this forum moves quicker than our midfield moves the ball.

I get that mot again and understand I was the only one on here that pointed out our flaws and never got behind Belisa for the same reasons I could see the problems
My counter point is this, why expect better we got relegated are up against ffp and not in a great place.
Under Belisa I demanded better sue to string circumstances and situation
At the moment I’ll take every point we can get as life at leeds ain’t brilliant at the moment
It’s about circumstances and perspective.

Tanaka is an interesting one class.
He almost glides around; very smooth, and balanced. Appears to have decided on his pass before he has even received the ball, but an ability to alter that decision when it arrives at his feet without looking as tho he changed his mind.
If he is to play, then for me it would mean a vast change in build up play and tactics, as the transition to all out attack would be much swifter, more gung ho, and probably more like what people want to see.
I do think it will be an injury or a ban that sees him get his startling chance tho, given the defensive solidity that Farke seems to want to build on thro Amps and ilia.
