Just read this morning that Eddie Nketiha from Arsenal is looking at joining Marseille for £25M, this boy seems to of been around for an eternity yet still only 25 years young. Unfortunately for us another Bamford lover in Bielsa used to only use Eddie when he needed to and he was limited to a lot more cameos than anything else. Shame really because he is such a good striker with skill in abundance but Bielsa although a genius was stubborn and like DF always sticks with the comfy pair of slippers that is Bamford. If DF does that this season and picks PB over MJ he will be gone before Christmas, let’s hope that this is the last conversation we have about those two as MJ starts every time for me, ??.

Woody I agree that Joseph should be given starts from the start of the season. He looks sharp and strong. He will catch a few defences napping in the first few games. And hopefully goals will flow and confidence will rise.
Do I think he is the answer for a full season? Probably not. He as a young man will have a dip at some point.
Whitaker is a good shout bright very good off the wing and a good few goals in him.
I can see Joseph getting a quite a few this season but if piroe and Bamford weight in with 10 or so each and a few more from midfield and gio we should be OK.
The thing with nketiha woody is he didn't run as much as Bamford. He wasn't fit enough and or he didn't have it in him to do a bielsa job upfront.
Another loan player that never really fit into the bielsa team.
Good player. Probably not prem level though.

Nketiah was still pretty raw when he was with us and was more of a poacher than anything else. Great to throw on late in games when the box is getting peppered, but he didn't offer much in the build up phases for us as he lost the ball all the time, and we weren't really a ball over the top team to exploit defenders with his pace.

Nketiah, decent player, but has always flattered to decive for my money.
