Watched game live and always nervous when only 1 up but they didn't really test us, not a good team and felt it was comfortable.
Be nice to convert a few more but again 3 points and another clean sheet.
Rodon is looking a very good loan, pity not bought. He has pace and reads game well, him and Amps standout players so far.
Still disappointed with Piroe, not sure down to Farke but too deep, not getting involved, this is a player with 20+ goals past 2 seasons, needs to get in box more.
We had a few decent balls into box but only Ayling there, think we looked more of a threat when he went off for bamford.
Up to 6th but top 2 getting a points gap.

Not yet convinced bam ban is back to his old self 20 goals keeping him fit is the test. Not enough forward play too much, passing it back, putting us under pressure. we never seem like scoring again, but three points I’ll take that.

Pirlo not done too badly to be fair.
Qpr not a great team but they love a clean sheet so scoring was a huge positive.
Can’t believe that I am one of the most positive on this group now! Bring back kal and Belisa so I can be the negative one again.
I think after Xmas we will find our groove and go up

For an example, if Erling was pulled from strikers role and played as mid and then his goals began to dry up, and his overall play seemed to wain!
Please don't now think I am saying Joel is anywhere near his level, but for champo level we have a proven 9 and are trying to square zee circle with him

I'm with Chris. Piroe has looked out of sorts for a few games now. He has shown nothing to say he can play number 10.
On the other hand look at Gio dropping deep. A wonderful pass through to jadon for a goal. A great ball into piroe at Southampton that should of been a goal and a great ball over the top to Bamford last night for his shot.
Maybe swap Gio and piroe for a couple of games see how it pans out.

It’s quite obvious and imo always been obvious piroe and Rutter should swap. One is a finisher the other both assist and finisher.
Let’s be plain and obvious. Playing piroe there is as stupid as picking cooper over Rodon. At least with that’s mindless decision it only took him one game to figure it out.
Fact he is a goal scorer and fact he is being played out of position. Why?

I think I heard the commentator last game say that his old boss at Swansea believed piroes best position is a 10.
But there is a big difference between playing a 10 in a 4-4-2 than in our system. Maybe he is not feeling it with ll the extra ground he has to cover.

My opinion is that Farke is the best appointment we have made and he does know what he is doing (unlike you) , as he has proven it numerous times!
The team yesterday was the best 11 (in my opinion) we have, and we dominated, and we won (I, as a Leeds fan am very happy) . By everyone’s admission Piroe didn’t have a great game, but again, Farke knows better than me, and certainly you how to get the best out of the team and tactics he deploys by playing players in certain positions, so I leave my trust in him and the team.
I agree with many that we could do with a CAM, but until that is addressed, we are doing pretty well, and before you bang your repetitive drum, Leicester haven’t had the upheaval we have had.
I love being optimistic and I am a happy chap with life, try it sometime because you sound quiet a sad chap.

Playing Piroe behind Rutter seemed to work very well against Millwall and Watford! Piroe scored three goals in fact.
Before any one says they were easy games, there are no easy games in the Championship.!
I really don’t know what all the fuss is about, yes it’s going to take a little more time to get it working more consistently, I’ve got no problems with it.

Not a problem per sê OP, but no denying last night was tough watch, QPR were appalling and had 1 proper attempt in 1st half? If I remember correctly
Those are the kind of games where other teams could quiet possibly nick a point against run of play
We have a probable goal scorer who has done well last season
Be great if we could play to his strengths other than maybe appeasing blank -ford or waiting patiently for Gio to take off.

I know what you mean Chris and most fans would be thinking the same but coaches don’t generally change their mind about their method if it doesn’t work after a few matches. I think we’re just going to have to be patient on this one. Who knows they may tweak it a little but I imagine the principle will remain the same.
He’ll just have to bench him for Bamford in the second half like he’s done already until he gets it right.
Let’s face it the system has already worked so I imagine they are not far off from getting it right.

Piroe has scored goals op and it is hard to criticise but even in those games he spent periods when he was not involved.
Yes he popped up on the end of things but I haven't thought of any of the games wow he played well. But I suppose that's goal scorers do nowt all game then come away with two goals.

WB, I think if Piroe hadn’t scored already and I think he’s got 4 out of 7 goals to his name, then perhaps there is a problem. He doesn’t have to be man of the match every game just chipping in goals is all we need. He’ll easy get 20 goals + by the end of the season the rate he’s going.
