Music to my proverbial ears over the weekend to hear 1 of Sky sports main pundits utter the words that

Holland isn't a precise market, and attracts a lot of misses ( but also some good quality players )

Now where have I heard that before Blanco dough? ????

I shall just park it there now FOREVER.

Agree0 Disagree0

CC Uttered from Gary Neville. That former great Valencia manager. You drawing inspiration from him says it all. Played for the enemy and has ostensibly made a ?? in what looks like a possible advisory role to his former employer. Disrespectful to Muhren, Van Nistelrooy, Van Persie, Stam, Van Der Sar, Blind and Depay.

Don’t forget the best of them all. Bergkamp!

Hmm for once ( lol) Georgeth may be correct ( well by say 89%)

See I NEVER EVER SAID all dutch players were poor lads

But for Blanco -doughs amusement he made that part up .

My favourite Prem player ever was Bergkamp .

Keane was she-ite manager but an incredible player and a great pundit George so what's your logic?

Poor manager, so automatically poor pundit is it?

are you now claiming to have better football nous then them, on top of almost everyone else on here also?

Corky Was concentrating only on former players of Ambrosia for the purpose of that discussion. Have posted about non-Ambrosia Dutch players in past (as did someone else) which includes like you say Bergkamp but also Gullit, Overmars, Hasselbaink, Robben, Van Dijk, Wijnaldum, Ake and I'd even add El Ghazi who has done fairly well.

CC And I never posted that you posted that! You originally made a highly inaccurate observation about Dutch players in EPL generally. I along with another poster pointed out your incorrectness with examples. Not my fault you can't be a gent about it and then resort to ⛽?️.

Which overseas country's players have had the most success in English football

Holland comes to mind before any others

Then France, Spain, Germany Italy, Portugal, the Scandinavian countries.

But imho Holland edges it.

Baz Exactly ? which is why CC original comment and Mr Neville have spoken inaccurately.

CC As for my knowledge of the game, I'd say it was decent. Am I better than Nev? Probably not but let me tell you I know why Ambrosia is floundering and it's nothing ever mentioned by the pundits or the media. Furthermore I won't be sharing this truth because I want Ambrosia to fail in an irretrievably catastrophic way. Sharing the truth not in my interest because I hate them with an unquantifiable eternal passion.
