The sooner Raphina goes the better, it's doing my head in.

Great while he was here, but it is becoming a saga and will effect the team dynamics the longer he stays.

Agree6 Disagree0

Selling your two best players in the same window though is a R model

Keep Raph till next window at least.

Baz my mate, in all honesty pal there really isn’t a lot you can do when players want out. You can keep them against their will while on contract which then means they become lazy and a bad influence on other players or you can let them go and spend wisely on getting new recruits.

KP has had his head pecked by Raph, then Grealish, Rice who are on a lot more money then Raph has had his head turned by Deco and what he could achieve at Barcelona, it’s already been mentioned that he will be on around £150K a week but who knows eh!

All I know is that I as a supporter want players on that pitch who want to be there and be proud of the shirt they are wearing. Footballers no matter what club they are at have at the most 20 years before they retire, while we supporters never retire from Leeds United nor do we ever want to go to another team!

That’s the difference Baz we are definitely not in it for the money either mate are we! In my eyes if they want out then go and let’s get someone on who wants to be with us! Onwards and upwards lads ????.

Agree with Dougie.

Raphinia is an incredible footballer and I have no problem in saying he’s far and away our best player in a Leeds team, technically a good way beneath his level.

That being said he is the epitome of ‘self before side’
he could have stopped all of this circus with Deco and Barcelona, but doesn’t, and saying nothing is NOT a neutral position, in my opinion, this is wholly disrespectful to our brilliant club.

Losing KP is like losing a member of your family but losing Raphinia, is a forgone conclusion, I won’t mourn his transfer.

Don’t get the relegation doom and gloom yes we only scraped home last time but so did cheating Everton, Southampton etc and they’ve brought nobody to date.

Excited to see how Jesse does and our new team (once complete) performs, but Raphinia for me epitomises the modern day superstar who will happily kiss a dozen club crests in his career for their personal glory and riches.

Decimated by injuries last season, but thought Leeds were a better TEAM before Raphinia came, as once teams learnt to stop him, we were always struggling and many noted how he went missing in many games second half of the season.

Old romantic maybe, but give me a 100% committed Greenwood and Joffy over Raphinia and his locust Deco.

Baz No it isn't when one of those players (50%) isn't required in his former role. Bank ?? the cash ??. Rebuild team, expand stadium ?️. Simples.

Raph will be worth far less in 12 months though with just 1 year left on his contract. That's the issue.

Couldn’t agree more class, I think Raphinha not saying anything speaks volumes. He definitely wants to leave, it’s a little sad that he had to expose all that celebration on our last game which looks very false now. All this badge kissing and over emotional expressions mean absolutely nothing.
I would now also prefer him to leave but at the same time I wish the club to profit from his departure.
Rumours of him being in a swap plus cash with Ziyech could be interesting but unlikely.
Dealings with dirty Chelsea is as bad as dealings with Devon.
I don’t think Arsenal are going to pay the 60+ Mil for Raphinha, they’ve already got Saka and Martinelli on the left, there’s no room for Raph, their real interests are in bringing in Jesus, and I don’t mean the second coming.!
Raph could be with us for a little longer, for good or bad?

Yep fair play lads .

logical, fair comments from Woody, Class, George, Alf and OP.

I think he needs to go, and the sooner the better as Dougie says.
He’s now a rotten egg, in what has been one of the most unified squads I’ve seen in a long time. The team ethic that Bielsa and the marketers built around the club and city cannot be sacrificed for one player and his scum agent. Also agree re would rather have 110% commitment from our talented youngsters than Raph, plus the few handy additions that will no doubt come in on the back of his sale. Think we will see action this week.

Squad back today in training . so hopefully Raphinha and his sc@m leech agent will need to get the move very soon by end of week otherwise presumably he has to go back to Leeds for preseason training. and the Aus pre season tour matches are very soon.
