Still six points up for grabs, and whilst Brighton are a good footballing side (Dunk was allegedly carried to his car last night after their awards dinner) both they and Bees are both very beatable IF we want it enough and Jesse plays the right team.

Think Everton (£500mill spend FFP escape and all are safe) but Burnley will struggle to get more than two points at best from their remaining fixtures.

Jesse is a concern for me, great guy very personable, BUT we need points were now so over cautious in our approach it’s as if he’s resigned himself to say well I’ve stopped the big defeats, but I didn’t have enough time to prevent relegation.

We hear far too much from him and why oh why did he not play Joffy?

I see absolutely no improvement and in my opinion he’s had plenty long enough now in which to see a pattern, shape but we look clueless and it really doesn’t allow our better players like KP to influence the game.

But he is too nice, wants to the players pal, and it’s shows in last few performances.

At the end of the day we will get what we deserve and whilst I’m bias in thinking Leeds are a far better team than Burnley we’ve got to show it.

Strangely, the joy of promotion was secondary to the unbelievable football we played in the championship, but other than the bottom three teams there’s only Raphinia who has the technical ability to join a club higher in the league.

We were happily a team of championship players who were together, drilled to an attacking at all costs system fitter and faster than most of our opponents but, injuries decimated our season, along with Bubs stubbornness to hold too small a club and lack of January signings.

Hand on hearts have you enjoyed watching us under Jesse? And before someone says better than getting hammered Coopers return coincided perfectly with our defence becoming tighter again.

But if Jesse is to lead us next year he deserves to buy, choose his own squad.

Strangest of all?

I bloody hate the premier league which the recent Newcastle buy out only endorses it’s a super league in all but name already the ONLY thing that matters is tv money and rich owners having their PR playthings which will ensure the same three four clubs will win everything for the next ten to fifteen seasons…. how boring is that!

Excellent post class and I wouldn't disagree with any of it 👏.
