Im almost certain that this battle between us Everton and Burnley will be decided by a very controversial VAR decision.
Just hope it’s not us that it’s against. 🙏.

That may well be the case, but whatever happens and whichever league we are in next season I am sure we will bounce back. Mid table if prem and promotion if championship. ALAW MOT.

Great post Ox supporting our team is not by choice it’s like the air we breathe to keep us alive, any other team is simply not an option

Still believe the lads can do it although in reality 8th place in the premier league is probably as good as we could aspire to in next five years.

OP - it could be argued that the battle has already been in part decided by multiple controversial VAR decisions/ non-decisions - we wouldn’t be anywhere near involved in this battle if VAR had done it’s job properly throughout the season. Just in the last 2 games, Zaha should have been red carded for his hand in Raphinha’s face, and Laporte should have been sent off for his elbow to Koch’s head after 15 minutes, when Citeh were only 1 goal up. It has been beyond a bad joke for months and just continues getting worse.

Lampard said at the weekend that they (Everton) could not control Leeds - he could have gone on to further admit that they, and others, can rely on the match officials to do that for them.

Been supporting since 1963 and can honestly say, hand on heart, that for Leeds, football doesn't even out the decisions over a season. Not over a decade, not over half a century and beyond. But we are Leeds loud and proud. No amount of bad decisions, bad mouthing or corrupt fines and points deductions will ever keep us down. MOT.

Clu and Ox spot on it is forever a disgrace

Like you Oxy I have seen our beloved team thro even worse times than these. I was lucky enough to see the second coming of John Charles and even luckier to have witnessed the fledgling Revie Babes from the schoolboys pen behind the Kop goal.
Many a Happy time, stood ankle deep in rain and snow, win or lose. Walking back into town with a sore throat from shouting far too much tho town never seemed that far away when we won (which luckily was fairly regularily) .
Of course when we lost it was a long sorrowfull trudge.
I think I speak for us and all others like us. Whatever the outcome of the next few weeks they are still, Our Team and will always be, Our Team. Till the day we die. MOT.
