Those teams with gamed in hand will also have to deal with having the games coming thick and fast, with players already possibly tiring from a long season which could make them more difficult to get a result from. We have a nice rest now.

That may be the case particularly for Everton, who have 5 games in the last 16 days of the season.

I had Burnley picking up 9 points in there remaining fixtures including 3 at Norwich which obvs they didn’t get but will probably pick 3 up elsewhere. I’d say we are as good as safe. I also have Everton picking up 9 points from there remaining games but again I’m sure they will be a few surprises along the way. Be nice to sit back and enjoy the next few games that Everton and Burnley play before we next play without panicking every time they go near the opposition’s goal.

Not exactly overflowing with sympathy to be honest Clu.
Both Everton and Burnley certainly made (what they believed) good use of the CV protocols to claim postponements where we played on playing Arsenal at home with kids.
Only time will tell who got that right.

We have 14 more days off! Crazy! I know a lot of Everton lads from my time living in Spain (yes, sounds odd, doesn’t make sense) so I have some sympathy for them, but with Fat Frank at the wheel, I hope they fall to pieces, and go down!
