The JKA CAS hearing is now complete and a verdict is awaited. This can take anything up to a few months under the internal processes at CAS so we still don't know what the outcome is. Even when it eventually does come there may yet be the possibility for another appeal!

I think the general consensus is that there most certainly will be an appeal if a very negative outcome is delivered to Leeds. I guess Radz will want to buy time for the inevitable.

What an awful signing by Orta.

Enough of this JKA debacle. it needs to be concluded once and for all : # Clus red flags.

17 Mar 2022 16:30:28
I'm sure whichever way it goes there will be an appeal. These processes are a waste of time.

17 Mar 2022 17:24:05
Baz - seem to recall that they were your supposed red flags, not mine.

17 Mar 2022 18:03:12
Clu indeed; it was a reference to you on your various hypotheses on said red flags validity.

17 Mar 2022 22:21:13
Baz - not hypotheses - facts - which is more than can be said of your red flags.

17 Mar 2022 23:21:29
Hypotheses Clu not facts.

17 Mar 2022 23:57:18
Your red flags were based on supposition and lazy clickbait media narrative.

18 Mar 2022 01:06:30
Your opinion Clu, simply nothing more than that :

we don't agree on an issue : not the first time nor the last.

No Baz - you quoted info suggesting before the season JKA was loaned to Monaco he turned up late and hopelessly unfit for preseason, and had a bad attitude problem - and yet the facts showed he started that season very well for Leipzig before his loan move - playing loads of minutes and scoring well. That is not just an opinion, it’s factual. There is no factual basis for the suggestions JKA had a bad attitude - just lazy clickbait journalism, in the same way clickbait journalists accepted Salford’s suggestions that Depay’s had a bad attitude when with them. Clearly JKA was not going to be totally match fit when he arrived, as Monaco already had a wealth of attacking talent so Augustin found it difficult to get the game time as a loanee there. In trying to get up to Bielsa fitness he picked up an injury, as so many other players have done - he did not have a previous injury history to suggest he would have more problems than any other player Leeds could have signed - he the got c.v., and unfortunately it stuck around in his system. Bottom line - no history of attitude problems, no significant injury history. His inability to get back to fitness was due to long c.v. Ergo - no red flags. Yes he turned out to be bad signing, but that was due to bad luck, not due to an problems that should have been foreseen.

Lol Clu not just red flags but multiple red herrings with you

JKA played just 42 games for Leipzig in 3 seasons ( averaging just 14 games a season; hardly impressive ) .

Loaned to Monoco little game time in first half of season just 10 games ( one goal ; great) and crucially arrived at Leeds with more lard and flab than George Foreman ;

The guy had hardly played in 3 and a half years, was unfit, out of shape and was odds on never going to succeed under tbe rigours of Bielsa ; a gamble doomed from the outset.

Furthermore, a record signing striker of £21 million pound player should NOT be in any way be a risk, that player should be PROVEN, a sure thing, with lots of matches, lots of goals, ready fit and raring to go from DAY 1.

If you were my Director of Football Clu you would have got your P45 from me years ago Clu. 😜😃🤣. Thanks for wasting £21 million pounds.
