Just a different view if I may, for the sake of variety if nothing else.

As difficult as today was, I take it for everyone who managed to hang on to the end heard the Leeds fans singing do the whole word could hear 🎶 Marcelo Bielsa🎶in the last few minutes of this game?

As for the injuries…. did anyone actually bother to listen to Bielsa’s interview post todays game when asked about injuries?

He gave an in depth analysis of each injured player, full transcript available on many sources, but sorry to take away that stick to beat our Manager with.

But no, MB confirmed these are not over training injuries sorry if that doesn’t fit the narrative.

He goes player by player, yes including poor Charlie Cresswell being landed upon by a team mate yesterday and yes he was starting (long term absence) and Bamfords goal celebration injury, KP as likely to have felt the additional strain off international comittments but the shoulder operation and the possible op behind the knee not hamstring.

Struick freak collision of bones, Rodrigo heel etc etc Llorente cv and even Harrison today knee in back giving him a dead hip but should be fine very quickly.

But have a read just for the sake of facts.

And consider there’s still a huge fan base in the ground today even after what’s happened this season that still have faith in our manager.

Agree8 Disagree0

Class 92 I take my hat off to your great post. You have highlighted things many like me don’t pick up so thank you mate. The picture is not looking good at the moment but once we get these injuries sorted and a couple of new additions we will be in a better place. We have an excellent array of young talent coming through and this also bodes well for the future. Let’s hope we can ride this bad storm and come back stronger and better and hopefully MB can be remembered for all the right and great reasons we recognise him for today. It’s not over by a long chalk and with posts like yours mate we can still believe. Top man Class 92. MOT.

I sit in the cheese and we never stopped singing Bielsa. Fans were still singing long after full time and most players had left the pitch.
Leeds fans in general are amazing MOT.

I’m with you Clueless regarding your post. Why did that tackle on Raph go unpunished yet five minutes later we get a booking for an identical tackle! Mariner is a piss poor referee at best. We are not having the rub of the green at the moment on or off the pitch and these results will do nothing for the confidence of the players, but we are not bottom and we have the capability to climb up the table once some injured players come back. OP will tell you it’s not over and I’m with him on that and hey bottom line, if we go down, then we go down but we will be back and we will be back stronger and we will all still be Leeds supporters ready for the next ride, if we stay up even better. As for doom and gloom I’m to busy keeping the faith and I still believe in MB! Cracking posts OP and Clue. MOT.

Cheers Woody.

Cheers Woody, it’s dark mate, nobody can dispute that, but clearly we have the best supporters in the league, as Farsley also confirms, who undoubtedly support our manager and our team.

If changing manager guaranteed survival given the amount of revenue at stake, I’m sure the board would have done so like other clubs this season.

Yes it worked for Gerrard but he’s had a full squad to pick from and a fairly friendly run of fixtures. But Dean Smith and Howe hasn’t worked as yet.

There are three leagues within the PL such is the gulf in financial clout.

The top four

The Europas led by Arsenal and where we over performed to reside last season

And the whose the worst three teams this year

Yep, this is where we firmly are, and certainly we need two three competent recruits to help to get the the top of this bottom league, maybe with everyone back even tip toe into the next bunch, IF we can get everyone back.

So ever the optimist, I firmly agree we are in the relegation fight but I also believe our current team with Bielsa are better than the critical three others this year,

from Norwich, Newcastle, Watford, Southampton, Burnley, Brighton, Brentford and Everton, similar to ourselves Everton had chronic run of injuries most importantly DCL missing, like Bamford and to date nobody to step up.

We had eleven professional players out there no matter if you lose but please put a shift in our passing was / Is the worst I have seen in a long time, and they are all on a professional contracts paid very good wages rose tinted glasses or not, we also have a master manager and believe me I am not in MB out camp yet, but he just doesn’t see anything wrong but dose like Looking at the ground not sure what he hope to see there, and another thing all teams have injuries which should be part of planning Radz and Co failed to cover that possibility. Please go out and fight for the right to put on our Leeds shirt.
