The reports state other managers are being considered.
I think when he sighed this contract he may of said last one so they have time to prepare.
I think he wants to go home now.
May be wrong. Time will tell.
As much as we all love him. Radz included.
It's a business and there are people with money in it that will want progress.
Whether it's a small squad, injuries, bad recruiting, dip in form or whatever. To the money men we are the wrong end of the table.

Aus, agree with you. Like the rest of us I think Bielsa has done an amazing job for us but I just feel he will want to go home at the end of this season.
Combine that with the possibility that some (not all) of the decision makers are a little nervous at the moment and I think the end of this season will be a mutually acceptable time to part ways.
He has been unlucky with squad injuries but some of the criticism is probably justified that is directed at him and Orta. They both have their strong points but also their failings. Orta I think has been very successful in his purchase of the younger players but the 1st team signings bar Raph/ Loriente have been poor to say the least.
It was mentioned when Bielsa first arrived that after 2 to 3 seasons some of the players are worn out and I think judging by the lower intensity of some performances we are probably seeing that.

Aus, I seriously doubt there’s any truth at all in the rumours, as per usual this kind of news would not be made public until the end of the season, you can be assured of that.
Bielsa has always signed one one year revolving contracts it’s not just at Leeds, fans find it suspicious because they think he’s only done this at Leeds.
Maybe for some other fans it’s wishful thinking? I would say, careful of what you wish for.

I find it entirely plausible given biesla character and love for leeds and their fans that he would give plenty of notice of his intent.

If Bielsa really wants to leave at the end of the season, I think it would be wise to decide on a new manager in advance. So we don’t end up like Spurs. They might even try to get some players for a new manager in Jan to give them time to adapt and blend in…

I don’t want Bielsa to leave right now, but also I’d like to see some dead wood out. No disrespect, but I’m a bit tired of Coops mistakes and Tyler even near the bench.

Yeah. Not sure tyler and coops at fault mate.
At the end of the day the manager picks the team.
We all have our opinions.

For all these reports that we are supposedly contacting other managers, and or that Bielsa would wish to call it a day at the end of this season, there has also been a suggestion that the Club are trying to get Bielsa to commit to next season well before the end of this one. This was said to be to give a little certainty for the players - presumably not only the current squad, but also those whose agents they may be sounding out for a possible move to us in the summer - or maybe even in January.

I always thought that having Bielsa signing his contract so late in to the summer transfer window must have been making the job of selling Leeds United to possible new recruits that much more difficult.

Trying to entice a decent player, without being able to assure him that this world class manager would be there for the next couple of years to coach him to the next level (as he has done with a few of ours) , that must be a tough sell!

Conversely, how easy would it be to say to a decent up and coming player. Hey you, fancy getting world class coaching AND plenty of game time (which you can't get at the top 6 clubs) . Give us a couple of years of your career.
