It seems, with the potential for losing KP/ Raph then we have two options. Firstly, the management are more than happy that we have the answers in our U23 ranks (Sumerville and? ) or Second we need to buy in. Two things apply there. One is the message this sends to the U23s if the answer is, to buy, then is it time to move on? Two If buying, decisions on this should be taken now (or soon) . We all know how long Bielsa needs to get inputs up to speed and how difficult it will be to fill both pair of boots.
Whatever happens it will certainly divide opinion. I just hope that whatever happens it is done gentlemanly and amicably.

I think the strategy/ masterclass I'd for the youth players to step up. It will mean this season and possibly the next 2 will be tough but then if it works we wi have a very young squad who could be our foundation for the next decade of hopefully success.

Imo, i think kp will stay for at least 1 more season, raph thou?, look at Kante, won league with leicester and was due champions league football but stiil left.
Hope he doesn't but if it eventually happens, 2 things, Radz stands firm and gets a good price and the money received is reinvested into the squad.

Why do you think there is a potential to lose KP and Rafa? Any club has the potential to lose any player if the offer is right, but KP has shown his desire to sign a new contract, and Rafa dispelled summer rumours of a move to Scouse City saying he was happy at Leeds and grateful to the club and fans.
If we don’t start competing and have a failed season, then I think there is a potential they would want to leave next summer, and it’s hard to condemn that, but for now, unless a mega offer comes in, I think we are OK until the summer.

leeds have still NOT replaced the creative talent, goals and assists of their best player for 3 seasons Pablo Hernandez
it is imperative that Leeds keep KP for another season ( we can't lose both Raph and KP at the same time / season) and somehow replace them with equal ability ( not sure that can come from the U23s as Bielsa clearly doesn't think so, never picks them)
I have seen it before in the 1970s when Leeds lost the Revie players and did not replace them even adequately, even the loss of the likes of star man Tony Currie in 1979 not replaced eventually culminating in Leeds relegation.

Yes, the law of averages must favour that there is more than on Raphina out there. The key is now for Victor to find him and nail him down before the big boys find out and come sniffing.
I still think maybe Kvechi would be worth a shot even more so now as his price has dropped. Get him and let Marcelo work on him?

and I love the guy forever grateful to him for being certainly one of the best and most productive ever Leeds players of the past 20 years.

El Baz, I too absolutely love what Pablo did for our club too. Forever grateful for that pocket rocket and he is up there with Strachan and Batty (2nd time) for the single most influential players I have witnessed at Elland Road.
See, we do agree with each other sometimes and we are not conjoined twins that were separated at birth with me getting the good karma and you the bad karma like Clueless has been rumouring.
