Anybody know how balloon shortlist is made? Is it players vote or managers.
Can't see how Messi is fav again above Lebowzki, Jorginho, Harland and Diaz.

I am not sure about shortlists, but I definitely saw that a balloon dog was made by twisting the head section first. That's not Messi at all.
