With the appointment of Ranieri confirmed, it may or may not be interesting to note that he and Bielsa have only met once as managers. That was in Ligue 1, in the opening round of fixtures for 2017/ 18, in what was their first league game in charge of their respective teams, with Bielsa’s Lille beating Ranieri’s Nantes 3-0.

Clu's constant defending of Orta and the management team can be a little irritating at times but he merely sees the facts a slightly different way to some of us. I don't think it warrants picking on him. We welcome all different views on here and it would be a dull site indeed if we all thought the same.

Alf, lighten up, I think this is a bit of ( gentle) joshing of Clueless, nothing more than that from the posters above
from my perspective I said before in previous posts that I actually respect and admire the likes of Clueless, OP, Brighty, Class and especially my ole mucka Mr Hottub Axe etc with their constant pro VO and other constant pro Leeds posts ; one may not agree with some of their posts but good for them nonetheless with their 120% positivity of all things Leeds United
and yes of course Alf all different views are most very welcome.

Cheers Alf, I guess we all need to find ways of amusing ourselves during the international break - particularly now KP’s withdrawn from the England squad with a slight calf strain. If George, Baz etc feel the need to fill their time with a bit of ‘joshing’, and somehow derive enjoyment from it, that’s up to them really. I certainly won’t go crying about it to Uncle Victor.

Indeed, Bright. Now hopefully he can also benefit from the few days rest which Bielsa granted to the players not selected for international duty, following the much needed win v Watford.
