Not sure how many times I've heard MB say 'we didn't take our chances' on interviews.
Why on earth did he not invest in a striker and scoring MF player?
My be controversial but I don't rate Rodrigo and unsure why we went for him, bad scouting. He not a clinical finisher or that creative, how many assists this or last season, he is slow and poor first touch.
Have to say VO found a fantastic bargain in raphi, but because of lack of quality additions this summer, can't see him staying. He definitely deserves European football and hope we can achieve that, but if 2-3 seasons away as radz stated, he and beilsa' be gone.

I don't think Orta has the ability to find the quality additions that we need within our price range. His scatter gun approach has got lucky once or twice but it takes around 4 signings for him to get a decent one.

Dan James may turn out to be a superb signing.
However over the last two to three seasons we have created a shipload of chances. It’s converting them that’s the problem.
So maybe the dosh on james could have been spent more wisely on a striker.
It’s alright saying biesla likes him. He likes tyler too.
Don’t think either of them are going to bag the 20 plus we need.

With our obvious worry of scorring goals it just beggars belief that Gelhart, or even Greenwood, has not been given minutes. Just stop it with this Roberts love in please.

We got wing cover in Dallas and Somerville and prob shacks too for odd game.

Good post Richie! Baz, we all agree we need some additional quality, but banging on day after day about the last transfer window and the Jan window and what Orta should/ shouldn’t do, sack Orta bla bla bla, getting a tad boring!

I have NEVER stated in any post that Pablo was the answer to our CAM issues this season ; I have stated consistently during and since the summer window we need a new younger specialist CAM who scores and assists goals
But since Leeds ( inexplicably) did not sign a specialist CAM in the window, I have made it 120% clear
that having Pablo ( an actual specialist CAM, we now don't have one )
come on from the bench (last season and ) this season is infinitely more preferable than perverse Bielsas relentlessly ridiculous DOOMED pet project that simply never works in Tyler Roberts.

Ausman, thank u for supporting my opinion, Jimmy is good but not top class starter yet, Dallas is not a top class winger, so without James and an injury to Raph or Jackie Boy, we would be back at stage 1, 'Poor recruitment, no wing cover.
I agree the window wasnt the greatest, but finacially maybe we can't go out and spend 60 70 mill on players.
