Little perplexed with the VO autopsy?
Sure enough the facts paint a damning picture but are they actually the sum of the most pertinent points.
Under VO and Radz tenure we’ve gone from wobbling over a precipice to looking to establish ourselves in the Premier league.
Whom are we comparing Victors achievements (albeit lack of them) with?
For those clubs bs with similar financial clout who has better recruitment record than Victors?
Brentford are always mentioned for their science based approach and have made some lucrative sales as a result.
Credit where it’s due, (money in bank nice) however, didn’t they take longer to get promoted than us?
Who else is there? Who would we go after to transform this record to more frequent successes?
Whoever’s in the hot seat I bet ya the limiting factor will always come down to finances.
I love the guys passion, nobody cannot say how passionate Victor is about the club, and his employer (Radz) seems very happy with his record to date.
There may be stronger candidates out there but would they work under our pretty limited financial resources (compared to most in top 10) and would they care as much.
Just seems a little disingenuous (had to! ) to search for historic faults when results have been as good as we might reasonably have expected (dreamed off) for the previous 4/ 5 seasons.
Think we’ve been lucky to have him.

Brentford are a much smaller club than us with a fraction of the fan base but held their own against us admirably and with much less resources.
It's pure arrogance to crow about how well we have done compared to them when imo they have fared much more admirably, particularly in the transfer market.

I’m saying I rate Orta you’re saying you don’t let’s just agree to differ shall we Alf, and crowing is what every supporter of a team does against their rivals, and certainly what I aim to do whilst these brilliant days continue.

However, given Victor Orta had only been with us a short while, when they did it, doesn’t really hold water, similar to your Radz, conspiracy theories.

I will not compare us to others, as they are not Leeds.
What they do, is what they do.
Did Brentford do better than us? No.
They got a steal on Pontus, yes. Big time. But Bielsa wanted rid of him, and I support that.
The comparison is irrelevant.

Class, keep the positivity going mucka no point in getting stressed by the outlook of others.
I don't think alf is spiralling so much as has a different outlook on life to you, and for that matter me.
I am grateful for all the positives that Radz, Orta, Kinnear and Bielsa have brought to my club since there respective tenures but we need guys like alf to bring to the for issues that we can not see with our rose tinted glasses on. He and his like shine light on topics in order for us all to discuss. Its great that he takes the time to craft his misgivings. As it is when the likes of yourself and Clue, Spanish etc craft their points of view

Not necessarily. It all depends on the resources of the club. A club like Peterboro have much less resources than say Man U but do better in terms of recruitment and getting the best out of their budget than Citeh but they are fishing in a different pond so performances are lesser (as is expectation) .
