Am I alone in thinking that we are clearly not spending as the board clearly see expanding Elland Rd as the priority?
Personally I’d be more concerned in the first 3 seasons in the prem in building a SQUAD that has depth and quality competition for places to push toward the top half of the table first. Then worry about expanding the stadium once we have consolidated ourselves as a premier league side.
It seems everyone around us is strengthening and adding to their squads and yet we are not.
Yes maybe I am a glass half empty after the last 2 decades we’ve had to endure ( except the last 2) but Jesus we’ve apparently missed out on, Draxler, De Paul, Cunha, Lang, Traore, Gallagher, Nandez, Koopmeiners the list goes on and on and seems we can’t even get the kid from the dog bummers!
An underwhelming summer to say the very very least. I mean we haven’t even utilised our loan allowance.
Forgive the rant lads I’m just so bloody disappointed when we could be kicking on, the lads out played themselves last season and we need depth in numbers.

we seriously overachieved last season so not to improve the squad, in fact weaken the squad, with the loss of Pablo, Berra and Alioski only replacement Firpo ( with the jury out on him) is dangerously complacent by Radz and Co
financing stadium rebuild should not take precedence over financing team strengthening recruitment in just season 2 of being back in epl not yet (firmly) established.

Time will indeed tell what impact the lack of activity in this window will have.
If we slide into a losing run or develop serious injuries to key players, we all know the narrative that nothing of worth happens in the January window .
It seems a very dangerous game to play to not strengthen now and continue the upward trajectory from last season.
The Leeds name is currently attractive to players but a losing run will have a detrimental impact to that come late December when only a few journeymen are available .
Obvs I hope it won't come to that and that I am completely wrong again 😂.

Glad it’s not just me fellas, I don’t really understand why have all these billionaires o brought onto the board yet not adding funds to invest in the playing staff. I’m not talking spending 100’s of millions just a few to add the depth we need. Time will tell and I hope to hell we go injury free all year.

Axe it's just a few us are concerned about the lack of depth in the squad . We just don't have have enough quality replacements and for whatever reason bielsa does not seem to use the U23,s you speak of .
Seriously if Kal or say Raph +paddy were to get injured do you genuinely believe Jack / Helder / Rodi et Al will be as good and win us games weak in weak out?

Doesn't one of Radzs companies own the Elland road ground and not the club? If he was to sell his shares in the football club, I take it he will still legally own the ground.
